We were speaking of ghosts. I was trying to relate the ideas in my head and in my heart. I said something like,...

"The typical Hollywood idea of a transparent figure... A shadow of a being that once lived. Well,... it's not so far fetched. Really, if you think about it.... So.. I wonder... what would that transparent matter.. or lack-there-of... be composed of? What would make it up? I believe that to be..."

..and while he had sat there silently listening to me struggle with my words, it was then that he stole the word from my lips and stunned me by finishing the sentence. He said,...
